Happy Halloween!

Makenna was really excited to help Brad carve the pumpkin.

 We have a lovely Cinderella

  and  a baby skeleton running away.

We went trick or treating with our neighbors the Yalches and another family that we don't know as well and I can't remember their names. We had a good time. Makenna was the oldest and the only one of the kids that could talk so she said all the trick or treats at the doors.  She thoroughly enjoyed being the boss.

Pheonix Temple Open House

On Halloween we went as a family to the Phoenix Temple open house. We were able to see the progress of the temple being built while we lived in North Phoenix because I wasn't too far from where we lived . It was nice to finally see it all finished. We are just sad that we didn't get to enjoy the convenience of it being so close. 

The kids thought the bus ride over to the temple was quite grand.

I'm grateful for the blessings of the temple and that we could take our kids there to catch a glimpse of the spirit that is felt inside.

Miss Makenna turned 3 a few weeks ago! And she was so excited to celebrate! She asked for a pink cake and balloons. Easy! Makenna is a pretty special little lady and I'm so grateful to have her in my life.  It's amazing that you can have so much spunk and sweetness all in one girl. 

 She was so excited! She whipped through opening her presents, and it was probably all done in about 5 mins.  She got some games and books.

 This dog is from IKEA and she would ask for it everytime we went there. She has named it Goldie.

She is LOVING her new pink Scooter. I was worried that it would be too advanced for her and that we should get her a three wheeled one first. Brad convinced me to just get the regular one. Right when she got it she went out and started doing it! I was pretty impressed!

Happy Birthday Tanner Boy !

On September 11th Tanner turned the big 1! Tanner is one special little boy, and we are grateful to have him in our family. He is a little charmer with his cute cheesy grins and a little sweet heart with his nice cuddles. Tanner started taking his first steps right about 11 months and by his birthday was walking pretty well! He loves being around lots of people and enjoys socializing and making people feel good. We had lots of fun celebrating our favorite little boy.

 We celebrated Tanner, Scott, and Rachel's Birthday and our Thursday get together

There was face stuffing and cake punching, it was great.

Thomas Family Reunion 2014

The Thomas Family Reunion is always something we look forward to and we had a great time this year. We were only able to go up for one day but we enjoyed getting away. Thanks for all the pictures everybody.
