Makenna is a fun little girl, and I have really been enjoying her company. Yes, she has her two year old moments, but in general she is very sweet, patient and obedient. Many people don't always see this though because if she is feeling shy, she puts on this big grumpy face. Once she warms up though she can be quite charming.
Lately, when I have been playing or talking with her, I think to myself, I hope we can always be good friends, because I really do love having her around.
A couple of Stories of Makenna-
About a couple of months ago right before sacrament meeting our Bishop came up to us to shake our hands before heading up to the stand. Makenna looked up at him, then bowed her head and said "Your Majestief" (Majesty).
Our Bishop is Hawaiian and always starts the meeting with an enthusiastic "ALOHA"! Makenna has really liked this. So through out the remainder of the meeting when ever he gets up she gives an big "ALOOHA".

She is playing a lot more pretend ( and keeping herself a little more occupied)
Still a napping champ!

She is going through what I hope is just a shoe phase. She pulls out ALL my shoes and hers and wants help putting them on and off all day!

Every prayer and pretend phone conversation includes Audrey. "Dear Heavenly Father, Please bless Audrey to come and get us." I'm not sure what this means but it's cute.
Loves her tanner boy
