Makenna is now 9 months old and such a sweetheart.
You can't help but smile when you see her dimply cheeks and toothy grin.
She is crawling around and discovering how fun it is to get into everything.
She can make lots of different sounds and can say Mama and Dada.
Her chubby thighs are simply irresistible
She loves to be read to and will smile at her favorite parts of the books.
I can't believe how fast she is growing and it is so fun to watch her personality come out. Brad and I are simply smitten with this little girl and are so glad she is part of our family.
Makenna is now 8 months old. She has 4 teeth, two bottom and two top. She still hasn't figured out crawling yet but she is up on hands and knees and its only a matter of time.
Makenna takes her playing very seriously. She has so much to do.... push down the pop-up animals, dig through the toy chest, twirl all kinds of knobs, do a taste test with each toy by putting it in her mouth, push down the ring tower. She is a busy girl :)
One of our favorite things is when you go in to get her from a nap, she is usually up on her hands and knees to look over the bumper to see if someone is coming. Once you open the door she gets a big smile on her face, its like she is saying," YAY! you came to get me!"
This little girl loves her Dad! As soon as she sees him she pulls out the big grins. She also thinks he's pretty funny.
I turned 24 years old this weekend and really enjoyed myself! I have such wonderful family and friends that helped to spread my birthday out over several days..
