Merry Christmas!

I love having our Christmas tree up! It's pretty tall,so its a good thing these apartments have tall ceilings. I got it at a yard sale last year for only $3! I think I get this from my dad, who I would say is a sucker for yard sales. I think he has given me the instinct that when I pass by one, for some reason I just have to look. I rarely ever find or buy anything, but occasionally it pays off!

There's nothing like a little bit of Homemade Christmas Ornaments!

Thanksgiving

My sister said she was tired of looking at Halloween pictures, so I guess its time to update :)
It was so wonderful to have a few days off of school to be able to spend with our families over the break.
Here's Brad and I at the bottom of A mountain looking on to Mill Ave. while we waited for The Shumways to go for a traditional hike on Thanksgiving.

Brad's Birthday

Happy Birthday to Brad!

Brad- November 15th, Allie- November 16th

Brad had to go to this ally in a scary part of phoenix for some extra credit in one of his music classes. I was a little scared for my life but this Ally of Graffiti was actually pretty cool.

I must be a.......

to have made it through these last two weeks! No I'm just joking, but I'm glad my midterms are over.

This past Wednesday for mutual the YM/YW played capture the flag at a park. Brad had an advantage because he blended into the dark well. He was the first to capture the flag for our team. Wahoo!

Midterms!

3 down and 4 to go, and all is well so far. I think it is funny how classes these days change their grading scale to where an "A" is a 93% or above. What ever happened to the good old 90%. Oh well its just not good enough any more. That also means that anything below a 77% is a D,and termination from the program, holy smokes! At least I'm doing well so far, but it still kinda leave you on edge a little bit.
