Makenna's Happy Birthday

October 13th was Makenna's Happy Birthday. She had a lot of fun with getting a lot of attention and all the delights that come with birthdays. It was cute to watch her open presents and blow out her candle. Makenna is our little sweetie and we love her to pieces. I can't believe she is already two and she amazes me all the time. I can't help but brag about all the new things she does and says. Happy Birthday Kenna girl

Makenna loves to be active. She loves to run, jump,dance play.

Makenna talks up a storm. I don't try to correct her when she says things wrong because, she quickly picks up on the proper way to speak and its so cute.

Makenna is a smarty pants and is learning her letters and is good at puzzles.

She is a little smarty and is memorizing all her books. Some of her favorites are Bearstiens Bears, "The Honey Hunt" and Fancy Nancy.

Makenna loves her new baby brother to pieces and he is her "Baby Brother Tanner Boy". She kisses him all day long and would totally squish him if she isn't supervised.

She is still a great napper and takes a good long nap in the afternoons.

Since its football season again we all have been showing our spirit on game days. Even little tanner is joining in on cheering on the Sun Devils!

Born on September 11th 2013.

 My water broke early in the morning, but I wasn't sure at first. I even went to work that day but obviously was a little distracted and came home early to go to the hospital to check and see if it had.

Well It obviously had and Tanner was born early that evening.

  I was a little sad that he was going to be born on September 11th because of all the history that that day holds. Someone told me later to think of it as he was born on "a day of heroes". That is a nice way to think of it.

 

Visit from Good Friends

It was so fun to get together with Ashlei and Claren. They are such good girls and its crazy to catch up on our "Grown up" lives. We have a fun time reminiscing about all our childhood adventures!
