I must be a.......

to have made it through these last two weeks! No I'm just joking, but I'm glad my midterms are over.

This past Wednesday for mutual the YM/YW played capture the flag at a park. Brad had an advantage because he blended into the dark well. He was the first to capture the flag for our team. Wahoo!

Midterms!

3 down and 4 to go, and all is well so far. I think it is funny how classes these days change their grading scale to where an "A" is a 93% or above. What ever happened to the good old 90%. Oh well its just not good enough any more. That also means that anything below a 77% is a D,and termination from the program, holy smokes! At least I'm doing well so far, but it still kinda leave you on edge a little bit.

Wildlife

Over the past few weeks since I've started school I've seen some interesting creatures. The first encounter was a Jack Rabbit hopping around MCC's campus. That was pretty fun. Then this evening as I pulled up to the Dental Clinic, near the entrance door and and in front of my car was a Bobcat. It had really pointed ears and it was bigger than your average feline. I was a little freeked out because, I'm not really familiar with bobcat behavior, so I waited until it passed by and went around the corner of the building before I got out of the car. I didn't know there was such great wildlife in East Mesa.

Brad's Creation

Brad is always good at fixing up some kind of concoction. Usually it involves Roman, but he gets pretty creative with what else he adds to it though.
This creation:
roasted chicken roman
dried scalloped potatoes
sausage
carrots
onion
cilantro
I think he has a fun time looking through the fridge and cupboards trying to find things to put in.

We did eat it for dinner, it was pretty good!
He didn't put the Wheat Thins in it.

Dental Hygiene

This is just one of the fun things I get to "play" with,or work with I should say. I think its funny how they make these models with sumwhat crooked teeth. Dental hygiene school is going really well. It keeps me really busy, but not compleatly overwhelmed. It's funny though, it is always on my mind. The other night, I must have been dreaming that I was going to do some work on Brad's mouth, I was startled when Brad woke me up because he was telling me to get my hand off his face!
